We Dig-it is a family-owned excavation and site work company serving residential customers across North Carolina. We show up, we do it right, and we don't leave until the job is done.
Built on Dirt and Hard Work
We Dig-it started the way most good things do — with a guy, a machine, and a reputation built one job at a time. We got into this business because we saw too many homeowners getting jerked around by contractors who overpromised and underdelivered. We decided to do it differently.
Every job we take on gets the same treatment: straight talk about what needs to happen, fair pricing, and work that holds up. We're not the biggest operation in the state, and we don't want to be. We want to be the crew you call back.
We've been doing this long enough to know that the details matter — proper slope, clean edges, the right material for the job. That's what separates a yard that drains from one that floods, a driveway that lasts from one that ruts out in a year.
How We Operate
Straight Talk
We tell you what the job actually needs — not what sounds good to get the contract. If something's going to cost more or take longer, you'll hear it from us first.

We don't ghost jobs. When we're on your property, we're there to get it done. You won't be waiting weeks for us to come back and finish what we started.

Rework costs everyone time and money. We take the extra care upfront — proper grade, right compaction, clean finish — so you don't have to call us back for the wrong reasons.
